According to reports from Morocco, The
Confederation of African Football, CAF has agreed in principles to
postpone the 2015 African Cup of Nations tournament after the country’s
FA requested to a further push in the date
The
reports emanated after a meeting between officials from the two
Football bodies in Yaounde on Wednesday. They were also joined by
authorities from Morocco’s health ministry
As reported by As-sabah, CAF president, Issa Hayatou would be to postpone the tournament to sometime later in June 2015 or January 2016
Although the decision is yet to be finalised as the Executive Committee of CAF would meet on Sunday to reach a decision.
